Unboxed units are as good as new products with the product's packaging being unavailable. These products give you the same satisfaction of new products - but at down-to-earth prices. Usually, the product's packaging may have gotten damaged in transit. Customers use a product once or twice and then return it with opened up packaging.
Returned headphones are fully functional products that have left the warehouse and therefore can no longer be sold as new as their packaging has been opened. The product may have been used once or twice by the customer who returned it.
Sometimes we receive headphones in damaged packaging due to shipping accidents. These are brand new headphones with cosmetic flaws on the packaging.

1 BALANCED ARMATURE + 1 DYNAMIC DRIVER = GREAT SOUND
The KZ ZSN Pro is an upgraded version of the ZSN. It features a hybrid driver configuration with a 30095 balanced armature driver and 10mm dynamic driver. A professional-grade electronic crossover is used to adjust the frequencies delivered and ensure that both drivers work in sync. All in all, expect a rich and detailed sound.
ERGONOMICALLY BUILT HOUSINGS
The housings are crafted from metal and imported resin. It has been ergonomically designed for superior noise isolation that can reduce ambient sound by up to 26dB. The faceplate is made using high-quality zinc alloy.
DESIGNED TO LAST LONG
The cable of the ZSN Pro has been redesigned with a slot protection feature. This prevents breakage and makes it long-lasting. The 2-pin 0.75mm connector makes the cable easily replaceable and upgradable. The cable also features an inline remote & mic for audio lovers on-the-move.
